He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2007 with a major in Criminal Justice and minor in Sociology. After graduating, Rion attended The Tom Rose School for Professional Dog Trainers, which is considered one of the top three accredited dog training schools in the nation. While attending, Rion developed and honed his skills and abilities in puppy development/imprinting (Working dogs/ Pet Dogs), Obedience (Practical/Competition), Agility, Detection, Protection, and Behavioral Modification. At the completion of the program, Rion graduated with High Honors due to finishing first in his class.
He then returned back to his hometown of Burlington, North Carolina to help as many dogs as he could. In the summer of 2008, Rion was featured in newspapers across the state as being an up and coming Trainer and Behaviorist due to his work with rescues.
In 2009, Rion became a Deputy Sheriff. He worked his way up the ladder from Detention Officer to Deputy Sheriff and then fulfilled his dream by being hand-picked to become the newest member of the K-9 unit.
In the fall of 2014, Rion ended his career in Law Enforcement and re-entered the dog community. He started working with well-known Rescue Groups such as Great Dane Friends of Ruff Love to which he helped evaluate shelter dogs and rehabilitate dogs in their care.
Gunner is a Retired US Marine, former Iraq (Desert Shield/Storm) Veteran, and Owner/Operator of Off Leash K9 Training Sacramento California as well as a trainer for Off Leash K9 Training South Florida. After months of research, in order to master the most up-to-date training and behavioral techniques, Gunner decided to further his experience. He spent countless hours training directly under Nick White, celebrity trainer/ founder of Off Leash K9 Training, LLC, where he based out of Northern Virginia. Gunner’s passion for working with dogs started throughout his military career of 21 years and carried on thereafter. Gunner has been training dogs of any size, age or breed professionally for the past 4 years.
As the child of a US Marine, Tiffany has lived in many locations both domestic as well as international. In 2011 she was proud to join the military as well and was stationed in Northern California. In 2014 Tiffany chose to terminate her US Air Force Active service obligation as a Medical Technician to enter the Active Reserves in order to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dog trainer with Off Leash K9 Training in California. Since 2014 Tiffany has consistently received 5 star reviews from her Off Leash K9 clients. During January 2017, Tiffany chose to transfer to her home town in West Palm Beach Florida to join the Camp Off Leash K9 South Florida team. Her military experience has taught her the true meaning of patience, discipline and a work ethic, all traits required to be successful in the dog training industry. Tiffany’s goal is to continually enhance the bond between an owner and their dog by teaching and creating structure, boundaries, and discipline through obedience as well as positive reenforcement with lots of affection.
